She asked the views of local staff of real estate in central CT (Meriden, Southington, etc. ..)?
I'm to begin a course to become an agent and try to understand which agent to go through – wondering what they have experienced people – whether as buyer or seller or an agent. At this point, my options are William Raveis, C21 Access America, and possibly at Prudential … Any idea or information is appreciated. Thx:)
Raveis I spent to buy my current home in Middletown and thought they were very well. The agent is really the experience and not the rider. In any case, Raveis site offers website and toll-free, with free access to all buyers of a year I think. You can get referrals for housing services, discounts, etc., which was quite useful and unique. They said they had a difficult selection process for what was behind his references to provide quality services. I know an agent who works for Remax in Eastern CT and she really loves – plus he's fine after a few years in business. Hope this helps.
