What forms do I need to sell a home without a real estate agent in Arizona?

Do I need an attorney to present the buyer with a purchase contract, etc ?

Typically, a buyer will want to prepare their own offer, either on their own or with the assistance of a real estate agent or attorney.

There is no way you could forecast what contingencies every single buyer would want. Contingencies could be any of the following & not every buyer would want to implement every single one:

5). Contingent Buyer (needs to sell their home first) Addendum
