
Contingency clauses play an important role in real estate transactions
We all know that there will be a contractual agreement with contingency clauses in any real estate transaction. But this does not mean that the transaction will proceed smoothly as planned.
Once known laws such as weasels, contingency clauses in the contract to play an important role in the real estate transaction. The clauses relating to the situation of the buyer or seller weaseling because of one or other status.
Contingency clauses are designed to protect the buyer and seller involved in a real estate industry. The terms most commonly used are described here.

– Other information not disclosed on the property, as an oil company has the right to drill, so the buyer can do to raise their objections and may even withdraw.
Make sure you buy a property, you list all sorts of contingency clauses in the contract. The enumeration of these contingency clauses ultimately help the buyer and salesman.
