Is that a real estate agent to withdraw if the deadline has passed and we have not closed?

We had planned to close yesterday (8-16) and have not yet closed on the house. We have a government. loan and that takes longer than expected to raise funds. We concerned that the agent Shoot the contract. We live in Alabama and can find no information on real estate law in Alabama. Please can someone help !?!?! We have an agent. I tried to call 3 times last week and has not returned our calls. I call you again in the morning or go to his office. But no, he did not answer the question exactly? Out staff is also the owner the house. His father is the agent.

The agent is not "pulling the contract is the seller. If you have not met conditions of the contract, the seller has the right to cancel the transaction and proceed to the next buyer.
