real estate commissions
What would be the best way to pay commissions to real estate agents in the current form with the wrong incentives?

The current system is deficient because an agent can make more money selling your house quickly and move to the next publication. Thus, the incentive is to sell your home faster and for less money. How can we restructure the system to the agent of just compensation, but a stronger incentive?

I agree, this is all about the ebb and flow …. why the idea did not work for spiffydude is that while people inflate the price of your home, knowing that a lower price, and enter the agent will almost always be at the lower end of the spectrum of Commission. If such a system, then you should be a system in which the seller would that the price of your home at a specific time to have a reasonable opportunity to be able to reach the top of the range of the Commission. In fact, I think it would agents real estate to offer even lower prices for you to get the maximum commission. Remember that real estate agents, we suggest that the price of time in which you list your home. The final decision is yours. If a realtor wants to list on the bottom of your home that you feel are worth, find another, possibly find an agency that has the list. But why do we offer prices that we can do is sell your home within reasonable in the current market conditions. Statistics show that when a house is a reasonable price from the outset, the price of the final result is more sales than if it is expensive to start and reduce the time to sell. All these reductions to consumers wonder what's wrong with the house that did not sell … the majority is nothing more than to be excessive in beginnng, but you never know because Have not seen him, after all the cuts to scare them. I'm not saying that the current system is perfect, but there are also many companies that offer less service firms complete, so if you want less and want to control everything and pay less than the Commission, you have this option in the market today. We spend much time with sellers and buyers that never ends a transaction, we do not have a penny, all the time and money spent is not reimbursed by the buyer or seller. (eg changing circumstances Buyer or seller insists that the house is worth much more if you give it a shot, and never sold) There are a lot of time and effort never compensate for estate agents must be paid by this time, and who should pay for it? Much goes into determining the speed of a house is sold …. should we charge for travel each Once you take clients in the indexes? The bill at the time as a lawyer for the paperwork and phone calls? and then take a percentage of the network? If it breaks the Commission has received for the money and time with customers, the hourly wage of the agents of most goods would be embarrassing to admit. I hope you taken under account is supposed to, just to open the debate more, give more to think about ….
