Please, any information that is necessary before I Payin January 4? It is a career law enforcement the next step? I really like to sell things and make dreams PPL true.Worked a Nissan dealer for 4 years and have experience in sales. Please help ….. PPL
Unfortunately most schools, real estate are just diploma mills. Offer little training that is of any value. They are there to take your money and give you a piece of worthless paper that says that completed his training. It needs much more training and sales training if you provide the service that their customers need. I recommend you begin with the local college and take real estate and appraisal classes offered. Then one of the main weaknesses that I see in almost all Realtors and real estate is lack of sufficient training for the provision and detailed assessment of a property. In most cases I saw the comments that were made with Real estate and real estate agents are ridiculously inflated, largely because these people have not been properly trained and do not know what they do. They are particularly incompetent when negotiatiing a price that is truly fair market value for a client who is represented on a purchase. The result is that the buyer pays too much for the house because the buyer does not receive the relevant representstion estate agent or realtor. We see the results of that today with the large number of houses not selling anywhere near as large as what the buyer paid. Real estate agents and realtors are hiding behind the pretext that the market has fallen. However, in many if not most cases, the buyer has paid more than their fair value when acquired mariket well to start because the real estate agent or a realtor representing the buyer was not qualified to start. Appropriate training and experience to determine the fair market value of a property, We recommend you contact the Institute Appraisl and register for all classes offered. Having taken and passed all courses offered by the Institute Deadline for the next evaluation should go work for a company owned by a member of the Evaluation Institute (designation MAI) as a trainee in the Assessor feared two years. I see many people with business licenses bankruptcy estate because there is not enough to maintain saturation of people with huge real estate in search of business licenses. If you take the training I described the assessment for you, then you will be well above your competition. Unlike its competitors who actually something worthwhile to offer their customers.
