How to use written guides to plan and create a successful real estate business
Entering the real estate arena is no easy task. Yes, many enter and do a deal here and there, but with no real system in place and then they make a mistake that puts them out of business. This happens because they went in too fast and didn’t take at least a little time to gain some knowledge before they did their first deal. Actually, that’s not a bad thing because it is much better than the opposite. The opposite being taking too long to do your first deal at all. Speaking from my own inactivity althought I’ve been studying since 2002 but haven’t completed my first deal yet. I’m not the only one. You may be in the same boat.
Many real estate newbies enter the arena and have read books, gone to REIA meetings, seminars and workshops, etc. and one or two years go by and you still have not completed your first deal yet. This happens because of two reasons: 1) Fear 2) No idea of how to get started. I would strongly suggest you do two things: 1) Use a guide to plan your strategy 2) Find a mentor to help you do your first deal to speed up your learning curve, and get a check in your hand as soon as possible. Once you do that – there will be no looking back.
A guide will give you the real deal on the real estate market in 2009. The real estate investors in this guide are all successful in today’s market – not last year’s market or even the market six months ago – TODAY. Therefore, they all know – whether it’s Sam Bell, Heather Seitz, Loral Langemeier or Charissa Cawley – they are all using strategies and techniques in this emotional market to make money today.
All of them have different systems that they use to run successful real estate businesses. they are all real estate heavyweights and with the guide helping you to plot your course, you will create a successful real estate business and become A Real Estate Heavyweight too.

The Real Estate Professional’s Handbook: For Starting and Running a Successful Business $3.95 In the last decade, real estate agents began viewing their livelihood as more than just a job. They’ve realized that their team can be viewed as a transferable entity of worth, one that can be bought and sold. Because of this, more and more agents can and will be able to sell, acquire, and merge these businesses. Until now, there has been no set of instructions on the design and development of a real estate agent’s business, creation of a viable business plan, system for maintaining and implementing that plan, and the information on how to value that business. "The Real Estate Professional’s Handbook for Starting and Running a Successful Business "fills that void, helping the real estate agent/entrepreneur develop a successful business plan to start and run a real estate practice, including the necessary instruction and forms to be able to plan, implement, analyze, and modify ongoing successful business strategies, and much more. |
