What is the real "list price"?

i is the price to pay the full price of the house before possession it. or is something else. And if so, why am I seeing dollar 4,000 homes in my hometown of Beaumont, Tx. I may be offered at once!

The price of anything (house, clothes, whatever) is the sale price before any discount or reduction, not the price you actually pay (a Unless you pay the full list, of course). For example, if I "list" my house for $ 100,000 is the price list. If you negotiate and end by selling to you by $ 90,000 is the price you pay. In this example, would buy the house for 10% discount on the list. $ 4,000 households across Beaumont? Sounds like a mistake to me, but if so, what matters! Read the fine print – perhaps some form of payment or something. Good luck!
