Pamela Anderson: Superstar, a sex symbol, and animal rights advocate …. real estate development

"The most powerful of Canada Hollywood Pamela Anderson, is embarking on an exciting waterfront residential development in his hometown of Ladysmith on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. The project at least one year in the making, but initial development plans were established for the Ladysmith waterfront property. Up Now, the scope of development is in 72 condominiums in three separate buildings and 11 townhouses in three other buildings. Also provided below for the docking and a marina that will house up 18 boats owned by development residents. The original design has been zoned for commercial use, but plans have changed since then and the complex is defined as purely residential.

Pamela was associated with the developer and former hockey player Geoff Courtnell to develop the project in what used to be owned Anderson's grandparents' in Ladysmith. The project aims at the unit as an example of smart development in the small town of Ladysmith, in terms of planning and green building standards. The environmental features include a geothermal heat exchange, water-permeable pavement and a recirculating pond and stream to prevent heavy runoff. Also There is a map and plan a green roof stormwater management in place. Other environmental considerations include the concerted efforts of the team planning aims reduce the size of the building in the area. The density proposed for the site will be much lower than currently permitted by city zoning. Private property is expected to develop a nucleus of five acres of land that has been a travel agency run by Anderson's grandparents.
