Buy a home, upgrade or stay?

My family lives in a house of 2,350 square feet in 4/3/3car New Tampa, FL. The location is ideal, as many development shops (malls, etc.) is next. The challenge is that we would find a bigger house with more land to meet the future growth of our family. We understand it is a buyer (leverage cheap for us looking to buy, but not very good if we sell our house to buy new). Another is the complexity of the places with more square footage and lot size in this price range do are not close to modern conveniences retail we enjoy. Land prices and housing have increased overall in Florida (as well as taxes and insurance). We hope you will continue to do so in time. We wonder if we should have a bigger house (a small portion) compared to now wait five years and, potentially, are the market prices. Let prospects in real estate are welcome.

If you plan to have need a bigger house, not a bad time too look. Although the housing market has increased in Florida, remains a buyers' market at this time. If you're in economic conditions, could be around some great deals. In addition, the greater expense and the house needed more time to sell. If the prospects for their financial future and career are not so stable, you might want to stay. But if you plan to stay in their new home for over 5 years would be good. I would not worry too much about the lack of modern retail facilities. The Starbucks and the gaps have a way to find your prospects – You can find.
