The real estate companies deliberately hide affiliations?
I visit sites like real estate company spend part of my work. I noticed that many property companies are calling Realty Joe's or something clear and buried at the bottom of the page is the company logo Main. One might think that with the money likely to be a participant costs which will promote the fact they are. I saw that in all major real estate companies. So it's just bad marketing, or do not want people know they are part of a chain of real estate? It would be a huge car dealership for any car manufacturer who call Joe Car.
You did not give details, but there are several national franchises and / or companies which may be included. If the car Joe has decided to stop selling GM and Ford to replace already well known that Joe and his name and reputation are already there and not have to be rebuilt from scratch. In fact, car dealers several in my area has changed affiliations to the analogy is good. Local Real Estate Company is owned and operated, but part of a franchise. It gives them access to national databases and op advertising budgets. By organizing themselves as belonging to the local level with a local name, are more flexible if they are completely independent or franchise affiliations change.
