real estate acquisitions position
Should I get a master's degree or experience related to my degree?

I want to be able to move into a position of leadership with character private or Govt. I have a degree in network administration. I work in local government for the last 5 years of doing nothing on the computer, I have CAD and GIS background and currently I am in project management in the acquisition of land as a planner. All my experience has been in project management, land acquisition, and GIS. Should I get an MBA? An engineering degree? Real Estate Management? Project management? IT Management? Urbanism? Should I get certified of professionalism in leadership and management?

If you want to move into a managerial position, should an MBA, regardless of their past. I have known many types of computer engineers and MBA and be successful in business because unlike their colleagues in MBA, who actually knew something about technical things. In addition, you should consider information systems with emphasis on when you do your MBA (if you want to continue working in this field). His career in management the network will make a good candidate for MBA information systems, so you can match its past and its future in a decent hybrid.
