£ 40,000 or $ 60,000 to invest or start a business – what would you do?
I thought the next – buy a property in Miami, many seizures can not be placed in the tanks of two apartments. I calculated that each apartment leaves me with $ 1000 per month after expenses – so busy. – Purchasing shares – Rio Tinto, Glaxo, Xstrata, Anglo American. . . but certainly not want to risk that much money in action in case I lose everything. – Starting a business – I'm not sure what kind of business you could start, especially if it comes to sales, because most people only buy food thesedays – recession etc. – Just keep on the bench – not a good idea because interest rates are low. The property – which had bought in the UK, but must buy for a deposit 25% for new housing and mortgage rates leave no income. What would you do? How to invest so much money?
I personally would like invest in impoverished half of the housing market and the U.S. place the rest in mutual funds. http://www.mutualfundwealth.com/
