pre foreclosure nod

July 23rd, 2008 by admin

Is approval required from my lender to provide?

The house that I really want to bid is stated in the foreclosure previa. The preliminary finding was no list of ADI or a phrase. The agent I spoke with has heard that the owner just had a fall on his contract, but I do not know why. Is my offer, as I do, (there are some other issues that have to solve first) and in the absence NOD, lender approval required?

I can think of no other situation in the proposed sale or when the house is an asset protected by the Federal Bankruptcy, which would have to consult with the lender to the seller if the seller accepts your offer. While the proposal exceeds what is owed to the lender (s) and seller is happy then its just a normal sale of real estate and purchasing. I think that's what everyone says something else. You may not have sufficient information to know if there is a loan in default if a nod has not yet been published. So when you meet with the owner this issue and make its offer is better to ask in advance if the lender will require an approval. All your transactions on this point will be the owner, and they need your written permission to speak with your lender anyway.
