How can I find a real estate agent who has experience in short sales?
I want to try a short sale on my property before foreclosure crosses. I pre-execution in about two weeks. Is it too late? I live in Orlando and I know that many realtors call good, but I really want to find someone who knows what they are doing regarding the negotiation of short sales. I have a primary mortgage and a mortgage with Chase Countrywide, so I guess that will make my case more difficult. Any suggestions on finding someone who specializes in short sales? Or should I call my local branch and cross my fingers?
Find an investor and work with them. Investors, as "we buy houses, etc., were of short sales the years and understand the eviction process much better than most realtors. This is not to devalue the real estate agents, but when it breaks arm mechanic you will not go to a doctor because they are specialists in their field. Investors can answer your questions about the sentences in 1099 and FLA deficiencies and if legal or not as regards the procedure for placing and time. You can not legally buy a short sale and can not have the financial ability to carry your current loan. Or find an agent that uses a third-party negotiator to make short sales. This is not a normal sale, or what you have to trust someone who has a class of 3 hours away. I hope this helps. PS lenders and those who support him say they can do a short sale in less than a month to walk.
