Is there a way 2 obtain a mortgage with only 1 borrower listed but 2 incomes in household? Credit issues.?
My fiance has excellent credit, mine not good at all. Combined we have an income of over $80000 per year. Monthly expenses are minimal. Someone told me there is a program available where he can be listed as the borrower, and a percentage of my income can be used. We also have 401K that have a combined total of $58000. Can anyone provide any advice or insight?
yes you can but why would you only want one name on the deed — i can not see anyone putting money into anything unless it was in there name!!!
What percentage of my income should I commit to my mortgage?
