Mortgages in the United Kingdom (for a student)?
I am one year old international students-26 in Hampshire area. I live in a rented apartment and pay £ 550 per month. Now I have found a floor at 55,000 pounds in the region, and I £ 15 000 in my bank account, so I thought maybe if I offer a large tank, about 30%, with a mortgage of 8-10, I could buy this house, I buy the monthly rent. If I leave the country, say, three years, maybe I can sell or if I could not continue to pay abroad. Anyway, I have a job and do everything online from 1,000 to 1,500 pounds per month. Loans Mortgages are still based in the earning potential. Therefore, it is often difficult for students to get them, because they can not earn enough money to make payments. I doubt that the income from a job "line" would be taken into consideration. Is even legal? Even if it is guaranteed? I do not want to assume.
