real estate marketing tips – Beyond the MLS ..? Youtube?

Hello. I am looking for ideas to get people in the house I am selling. There are only two weeks, but with three children and have already bought another house, I – no, love – to sell quickly. It seems to be priced on the right, is wonderfully incurred and landscaping, but very little traffic (7 pairs in 2 weeks). I live in Bergen County, New Jersey and the house is listed at about $ 1.5 million in a city where there are 86 homes on the market more than 1 m. As a realtor in another state, where you do not see the results you want, I always suggest lowering the price. Did you know you that your house is assessed before they are placed or agent and tell him what to set the price? Moreover, in my area, open houses are sometimes useful. Could be interesting you make one, the more publicity would be in addition to your home at no additional charge.
