I'm going to inherit other bills, if I buy a condo in a foreclosure auction?

I am interested by buying a condo in foreclosure in the Bronx or Washington Heights. He attended the Bronx and auctions, sometimes small condo units at decent prices – especially in Parkchester, where regular market orders just over $ 100K for all units so – and let me see if I can buy one of these cases, a good sale. My question is: If I win the auction, I can make any claims on the device? Sometimes they are "foreclosure" and other times, the complex is locked the landlord for nonpayment of "common costs". Does it matter what type of foreclosure action is to answer whether or not I will inherit the debts of others? By Finally, I would face many legal headaches if the current owner is still in the drive where I bought it in foreclosure, or if only one simple court case? The responses from people who know details of the regulations in New York would be appreciated! Thank you!

Talk to a lawyer familiar with real estate law. All states are different, but in the small county where I live in Missouri, no warranty deed to the property. You must make your research to see what privileges and / or mortgage are the property and seeing the layoffs Negotiating Compensation categories of privileges, if any. Some lawyers are better than others to clear links / mortgage, and be very familiar with local laws.
