I need a business mentor!! is anyone interested?

Hello im 24 yrs old i run a real estate investment company but i need a mentor to kinda help me at times and someone who can guide me when i need help im trying to take my business to the next level so im looking for investors so anyone who can steer me in the right direction and who i can bounce ideas off of and who wouldnt mind being a mentor please let me know..thanks!

To make money you have to buy stocks-real estate that are under priced compared to what they should be Period!!! Think about it all the great investors and entrepreneurs use this idea. Why does wal-mart do so well? They buy it at the right price. Remember you make our money buying not selling. What this means if you buy something cheap enough your SURE to make money . Wal-mart Goes to China and gets shirts for a buck and sells them in the USA for 5 bucks and that is a 500% return for each one. They can get that becasue they bought it at the RIGHT PRICE and selling it is EASY!!!! Stocks are the same way Warren buffet (the greatest investor or all time) made his money buying the right stocks at low prices and holding onto them . This is known as VALUE INVESTING!! The odds of you getting RICH not good lol. However if you would have followed sound VALUE INVESTING ideas you can catch some of the GOOD ONES EARLY. As an example wal-mart!!! If you would have invested 10 thousand back in 75 in wal-mart it would have a value of about 50,000,000 today not including the fact you would be getting about 500,000 a year in dividends!!! You would be a rich PART OWNER IN wal-mart and a RICH INVESTOR!!! The same rule applies to Real Estate when your looking at a piece of land or house a building etc. You will have to know whether it is currently undervalued based on the real estate market, the person selling it, any debt attached to it and a bunch of other stuff. The bottom line VALUE INVESTING!!!

If you would have bought some stock in Dollar Tree stores inc. when it was 21.50 and sold it when it was 27.79 you would have made a nice 6.29 for every share you bought . Why? This is becasue dollar tree stock (as I knew) was worth more than 21.50 a share that’s a discount price. So say you would have invested 200,000 dollars in it at 21.50. 200,000/21.50 is approx 9302 SHARES of the company, and if you would have sold them at 27.79 you would have made 6.29 times 9302 which is 58,509.58 dollars profit That’s a rolex watch plus some in about 3 months. VALUE INVESTING EXPLAINED-this same rule applies to anything in business and capitalism. BTW I did invest in dollar tree when it was low and sold recently
