Been referred to Job, I can ask?
Right as I was dismissed from Carphone Warehouse for not telling about my previous job. I did not tell them that as there was an issue to do with racial discrimination in my previous job. I went to disciplinary hearing, they said they decided not to give my work and if I want to make one I appeal to contact and arrange a call that I made. I went to the appeal hearing, but the regional manager was at the hearing and decided it will not give my job. Just not tell them my previous job. I told him exactly why and the reasons and comments were "you mislead the Carphone Warehouse we take seriously. " However, it is really difficult to find a job. I need a job to pay my mortgage or The house is on the line. Is it possible that I can claim something because it causes me problems. Thank you Im in the UK. Worked for about 4 months.
1) What has been so serious the previous job? I'm in a fog about this and am not sure if it is germane to the issue 2) You can get the Department of Labor for help on this 3) Serious question: even if you got your job, you want to work for them?
