What I need to before I even look at buying a house?

I know a mortgage rate is better than a fixed variable (9 times out of 10). I have reviewed some of the online calculators and I am having trouble with taxes and insurance rates, as I will be a first time buyer. Any idea where I can find this information? Any general suggestions? We work on repayment of our credit cards, car and student loans .. Saving as much as we can for a deposit .. Play hardball when it comes time to negotiate. Do not let your realtor tell you that the seller does will not get any value if you feel they are in fact ….. remember your salesperson is a percentage of the total cost of the house, so a price less rate means less money for them! obtain a real estate agent you trust, and perhaps even one that is recommended by a friend ….. !!!!!!!!!!!!!! good luck
