TrainingPro Mortgage Education Approved in Minnesota
Company Reaches “30-State Milestone”

Hunt Valley, Md. – October 10, 2007 – TrainingPro, the national leader in mortgage education, recently announced it is now an approved mortgage education provider in the state of Minnesota. The first online education provider in the state, TrainingPro currently offers the required 15 hours of approved curriculum through its web site www.TrainingPro.com as well as in live class format.

With the addition of Minnesota, TrainingPro has reached its “30-state” milestone for mortgage education. TrainingPro offers state-approved mortgage training curriculum in all 30 states that require continuing education, pre-licensing or a combination of both.

TrainingPro will provide the educational requirement for individual licensing of mortgage professionals conducting business in the state of Minnesota. Effective March 1, 2008 all licensure applicants will be required to complete 15 hours of educational training prior to becoming a loan originator in the state. All existing loan originators are required to complete the course by March 1, 2008.

TrainingPro’s course, “Understanding Mortgage Fundamentals: The Starting Point for Success” includes topics such as RESPA, TILA, ECOA mortgage products, mortgage practices and Minnesota state mortgage lending law.

“We are very excited about our Minnesota approval. We look forward to offering even more expanded national and regional training options to our client base. Many of our clients conduct business in more than one state, oftentimes in neighboring states. TrainingPro is already approved in South Dakota, Iowa and Wisconsin. Because of our regional presence we are able to present options for more streamlined mortgage training through our National Cross Certification Program,” said Christopher Nickerson, CEO of TrainingPro.

TrainingPro is also approved in Alabama, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, West Virginia and Wisconsin.
