buyer of a short sale having to sign a promissory note?
We are hoping to purchase a home that is a short sale. The seller’s mortgage insurance company will agree to our offer if we sign a promissory note to them, has anyone ever heard of this or had any experience with this?
uh…insurance company?
Never heard of such a thing.
