First Time Home Buyer?

my husband and I were talkin about buying a house when our apt lease is up in March 2010. We So just looking at some houses online in our region. but wondered if anyone knew of any mortgage lenders that u dont need have a deposit if the house is less than 50,000. Every place I've found your home for sale for more than 50,000 and the house we are more interested Right now is a fixer upper mass and the owner asks 68,900 and we have made an offer of 40,000 …… (long story why we offer so below) as I read a little something about government grants out there for the down payment and closing costs. but I do not know how to apply for them and also told me something about some give there who will give u some money to start repairing your home. Nobody knows where I can get more help / info

There are only a couple of counties in the United States have all grants for down payments, to pay less to renew. Search by your county. You are entitled to tax credit that you receive after your purchase. You would get 4000 for this house. You will not get mortgage for 40k, this is not enough. You need to pay cash or hard money loan (a person, not a bank)
