How to get more personal mortgage refinancing a close relative (in Ohio)?
A near Miss Ohio a few payments his home and nearly forced an auction closing. I just feel it take over your mortgage with the existing mortgage company. Next, make payments to me for them, and I would be much more willing to forgive a payment or three no. (Also the payments would be smaller, even if I charged, for example, 4% or 5% on the balance – and no, I do not seek to get rich is not removed or boot it!) actually seems a refinancing process, which would refinance your home, but for me rather than a traditional lender. (I have enough money to pay their existing mortgage and privilege.) But I do not know how to begin the process, or what types of documents I have to offer. Anyone else go through this before? Or be able to tell me where to go, or where to go? (Be nice now …) Thanks, Ed
Want begin with May calling a trusted third party and discuss with them the situation. What the easiest to work with an agent to undertake the operation, but will allow may not do so with trusted third party (if you're ready to prepare the necessary documents). You can also buy the property for your family and pay a "rental". In any case, be sure to take full account of risks, including the possibility that their failures in the payment of many of you.
