why is there no serious action against tlg hotline?
Everyday I see a lot of complaints against Trilegiant, a mortgage company.

Every year the company charges $99.99 from my account.I didnt get any notice through any source (phone, email etc) that they’ll be charging. And I dont even know the reason why I am being charged. I tried to contact the company but no ones responding and even if they respond, they talk very rudely. Please anyone let me know who is the best person to contact and what could be the best solution to avoid getting charged from my account.
Contact your account company and tell them to take them off and stop charging you. Then contact the Better Business Bureau and report them.
