How do I get my mortgage brokers license in the state of Florida?
I dont even know where to start. I tried searching online for a school so I can learn the material then take the exam. I cant find anything on that or where I take the exam or how much it cost or anything.
Maybe I wont make a good broker if I cant even find out how to become one!
Can you help?

Here is one place to start – www.flofr.com – that is the website the the regulating agency for Mortgage Brokers in Florida. They have everything as far as cost and registering to take the exam on their site.
They regulate schools too so there is a section on that site where you can search for schools in your area that are licensed. I did my training at www.graystoneschool.com the school is in Fort Lauderdale but the instructor also lives in Jacksonville and I think she teaches up there. That may be too far for you but she is AMAZING! She prepared us really well for the test.
