Is the company interest Minimizer for real?

I received a letter in the mail "minimizer of interest" and they assert that, by bi / weekly payments on my mortgage instead of monthly payments, my mortgage can be amortized in less time than in the 30s. Has anyone heard anything about this company? it sounds too good to be true. Has anyone done business with them? http://www.interestminimizer.com/index.html

If the mortgage terms you can, you can repay early (cut spending) by making additional payments. However, it is trivial to do on your own. There is no reason to pay an outside service. It has not need to be bi-monthly. If you add this extra bit (noting that it is to pay the principal on your payment slip!) Each month, you can easily knock years off the term of your mortgage.
