I paid for a mobile home but got no mortgage title company clearly wants the former owner of unpaid temporary?

I purhased a mobile home and money paid for it. The mortgage company came to my house said that the temporary home because the previous owner has no legal right to sell. What can I do? Am I out of $ 60k?

There are certain things you should do. Sounds like the person who sold the mobile home, lied about your property. (Obviously, he did not realize that a company mortgage property.) This is a fraud. Is illegal. Contact the police. Explain the situation. It is a very serious matter. The seller is a crook and the police should go after him next., You can sue the person who sold the mobile home, if applicable. This is a waste of time if you think this person has no money. The mortgage company owns the mobile home and take a right. There is nothing I can do about it. Next time, hire a lawyer to process the transaction. Good luck.
