where can i find the lowest mortgage rates?
If all you are looking for is the lowest interest rates each day you may look in you local paper. Most normally publish the rates from local banks and mortgage bankers.
Keep in mind that these rates are for those that have excellent credit and normally high credit scores.
You might have the same credit score as someone else but get a different interest rate.
In order to find out what interest rate you are qualified for you have to complete a mortgage loan application so your credit report can be ran which would indicate your credit scores.
You might do this by contacting a local mortgage banker/broker. You will find several in your telephone book.
