Is it possible to apply for a mortgage loan from banks abroad?
I live in Australia you can get a loan mortgage from a bank outside the United Kingdom or the United States. It was so I could get a lower mortgage rate offered here.
Of course, it is possible that if the permit foreign banks and most do so. This stage is filled with danger, but because the rate of exchange market movements, regardless of the interest rate applied to your mortgage repaymeny could double or triple the actual cost Australian dollar as it did in the mid – late 80s trying to find stories of "Swiss loans gnome" – very dangerous and I suggest strongly against it.
