Is there a law in Missouri that forces owners to disclose if rental property is in foreclosure?
I read a lot of cases where people who have houses unscrupolous lock entries is renting the property without the tenants and suddenly, a foreclosure arrives at the residence and people who has just paid a deposit and rent and material to be expelled in a few months. Is there a law in Missouri Books that forces owners to disclose this information before renting the property in foreclosure? If there should not exist.
No. .. no such laws. Information is easily accessible through your local building department / office to advise / County Office employees.
