Is this a good investment to buy a house before?
I am the first time a buyer. I heard that a perfect time to buy a house because the market is low and many homes cost much more except in a few years. Is this a good idea to buy a house now, rent and sale within a few years?
overall, the market has been down since the summer of 2005, but I do not think we even halfway through it yet so there is a long way to go. still are more than 500 million dollars of adjustable rate mortgages about to return in 2008, and perhaps even more in '09 and '10. You should expect that the effects of the replacement to work your way through to see if it will cause more seizures as well, and according to history in recent years is the most likely scenario. If you really do not feel it is absolutely necessary to buy a house, I'd be in Now button and continue to rent and save your money. you could buy a house now and rent, but if the low housing values, will not make any money. I'd say 2010 is the first thing you should start looking for buy, unless you know you can not lose face. Yet I keep track of statistics lock and months will see which way the trend. Finally, it should stabilize or decrease, but I think it will be a long time to get there. then it's time to buy.
