foreclosure help. when to leave?

My house in foreclosure and mortgage company is not wanting to work anything out. So i hav e arrangements to move but unsure as when i need to be out. I know it goes by state but couldnt find anything. Im in WV. I asked the mortgage person today, who was a real a$$hole about it all and he refused to tell me anything. Im not looking for a exact date. I simply asked if i need to be out before the foreclose date, on that day, or after that day. And all he would tell me is that they cannot release that information. I have not recieved any kinda of notifcation in the mail that the house is even in forclosure , just talked to them over the phone. I just want to know when to reserve my moving truck. They also change the date of forclosure everytime i call them. Any help would be appreciated! Thnx

Typically, mortgage lenders will send letters to the homeowner letting them know that their loan is in default. After this letter, the lender will send another letter letting the homeowner know that the house is going into foreclosure. The next letters will actually state that the house is scheduled for trustee sale and it will list the date the date of the sale. Any occupants of the house need to leave by the date of the trustee sale. The lender is obligated to give you this information.
