Dealing with collection agencies after foreclosure in California?
A friend lost his house, except a few months ago. I I saw at a party Saturday night and was reported to a collection agency called the deficit. I thought that in a non-CF and judgments of the deficiencies are not allowed (like California), once the FC has been done is all. The FC has been largely (and only) residence, and was a loan purchase price. How far can this collection agency to make a difference? Can decorate your wages or take any other action for the recovery of others beyond what you hear the difference?
Perhaps there was a first and a second (or HELOC)? The second then gives his "action" in a case of disability, because they were not excluded. http://www.sandiegopredatorylending.com/?p=37
