What about bankruptcy and the cancellation of a seizure by a financial institution?

We filed bankruptcy and was with the house, the bank began to exclude, then stop saying it made a business decision to walk away. We can pay whenever you want (From time to time, according to them) and say they will not return and evict. How to get property of our name and move on. The bank said it would settle with less than twenty percent of what was presented to the bankruptcy. What options I have.

If the bank (mortgage company) is not presented at the meeting of creditors (341 meeting) during the bankruptcy proceedings, it appears that the bank "abandoned" any allegation that the debtor owes them money.
