Median Home Price Change Price

Of the 10 cities analyzed From the North Bay just four cities experienced a decline in the average price of last year.The cities are, Sonoma Homes (-7.89%), Vallejo Homes (-7.33%) Petaluma Homes (-4.34%), and Rohnert Park CA Homes for Sale (-1.27%). The declines are small and underwent a single digit. In comparison, six other cities experienced increases are the big winners, Santa Rosa CA Homes for Sale (19.90%), San Rafael Homes (13.12%), Windsor House (8.72%), and American Canyon Homes (8.03%).

Average days on market

6 of 10 cities were actually homes for days means the lowest on the market to last year.
