home foreclosure rights

home foreclosure rights
What are my rights when buying a house in foreclosure?

I have an offer on a foreclosure about a month ago. Offer has been accepted, and they promised (in writing) a closing date no later than June30th (more than a week). I still have to consolidate the closing date, after a lot of back and forth and the promises of the closure by 07 July (two days), so I gave them $ 1,500 in earnest money in the house, and took two loans from banks to meet their demand to pay the rent in full in cash. I lost a week of work (because I quit my job, assuming it would happen to the situation of the house) I pay interest on loans during the time he was waiting for closure, and househunting precious time (if all else fails in the final). What my rights? "I can get serious money back? What kind of rights to hold them accountable for the promised date for closing? What I can do to light a fire in the ass? Thanks!

I'm with Tony. This confusion is that loans are not in play until the house is closed. Even then you do not pay for a month. The rights to your deposit depends on why there is no fence. In general, the lack of funding, but you have. He must take a week or two, since your loan lined up (I'm still no idea why pay interest to them.) Your agent should be able to resolve this for you today. Actually no reason in what you say, that the closing may be delayed.
