Overcrowding in the home?
My house is now a value well below what I owe on my loan .. Is it a better idea of excluding the house and if so, what is the procedure and how will it affect me. Or are there other options ..? Please advice. Thank you.
Foreclosure will destroy the house of your credit rating (as it should). You will lose a minimum of 200 points, probably more! Also prevent you from buying a home for it least 2-3 years. When the note was signed and approved the payment, you do not agree do not pay if the property remains the same or greater value, you said that you must pay about it. If the property has increased $ 100,000 the bank expected to share the benefits? No? So why do you want the bank to share the loss? My advice is to continue paying as agreed.
