Why is the Dow right off?
I'm not saying that the U.S. dollar is a strong currency now, but it was considerably stablizing because the depreciation is large in the last 2 years. So while the credit crisis was at its height, the dizzy spells, asset-backed securities mortgages were discharged as insane, the Dow was actually … not insane. But now, after so many applied stimulus, hundreds and hundreds of quasi-currency billiions spent by the federal government, why the hell is doing this bad Dow?
The stimulus is not the magic wand that will save the economy, the government is expanding its reach in many industries. There are fears that large banks like Citibank and Bank of America was nationalized – As mentioned by Senator Dodd, another Democrat. In general, our non-governmental entities have no shareholders, so that these actions would have no value. More honestly, have you seen ever run a government entity running lean and efficient, much profit? The democratic government in general, multiply the tape and then ask for more taxes because the cost of reaching the sky in another universe. A democratic government of Mr. Obama does not see problems of expanding government (cost to the taxpayer), so hopefully in four years, our country will not be a deja vu of the USSR and other Communist government that owns and / or controls all in America, and needs more money from us hard working Americans. I think the Dow Jones falling a little more before they start raising anew each time – and this is due to market uncertainty.
