Why the government is helping banks, but banks will not help many people in foreclosure?
I do not own one home, but his upseting that the government give so much money from banks and do not help people keep homes there, a type of work has a family and it is in this situation and is a Bummer on the news here too
They have done much to stop them before the courts the rules have changed – Have nothing to do with law alone – the courts are so backed that are containing their business for months before allowing foreclosure, while the owner has the right to redeem all the time. Years Cities Cities also end the exclusion of tax deductions. The fact is that many people in many purhase borrowed money from the premiums, which is the government supposed to do? I mean, are you clear the money, they are the ones who decided to pay this amount for a home, money was paid and that money is still waiting …. What is the government supposed to intervene and say ok – it paid 700 for the queue at home is now worth 200, the tail, do not worry Payin we go back?? any test sucks – sucks our economy. I know the guys at work who are laid off or about to be rejected, then they have 3 children and a mortgage. As I have said that our economy sucks, but realisticly – our government is doing everything possible. Realisticly – where housing prices have skyrocketed — people should have enough common sense not to buy a house – they must have done your due diligence, which should have formed, or wait to purchase until Have you taken the time to do so. Besides a look at The Big Picture – governenment giving the cash to rescue all that hate the big banks – are uniformly pass on us …. Interest rates have declined stanadards to get a loan or refinancing your 'Bad Mortgage' – have simply changed. If you can not pay your house before they exit bonds – that can really pay now. its nobodys fault if people could buy more pay, or agree to a loan that they knew couldnt afford a few months.
