Does anyone know the state of Georgia is the real estate deals to capture?
Im thinking about taking courses in real estate, but I have not heard friends say that real estate is a risky business. Im thinking of going to the Academy GMAC. Does anyone know if this is a good school?
real estate is not a great space right now … but if you go to school and obtain a license … will be ready when the market turns around a few years. Good luck:)
