Our only hope is that our amendment was adopted. We are in the Chase bank (Washington Mutual). We have a sale date of 01/04/2010. We submitted all our documents. Y call as all 3 days to see if they need anything else. And keep track of what I call when I called, and times. Took all our documents Chase to a branch, and free fax to us. Do not believe everything bank foreclosure is suspended for loan mods. There may be some legal maneuvering you can do to postpone the date. Some people had success with demand for protection against bankruptcy.
