foreclosure yes or no
SHORT SALE: Offer $ 179K $ 100K to attend, but it should. Never had 1 adopted by the country?

This is a conversion CONDO in Central Florida. I paid over $ 40K in property in the last 2.5 years. Loan quickly be restored to a much higher int. rate. Furthermore, the condo mgmt cooperation away from us and the region has become the crime-ridden. You can no longer make the payments, and now my business failed. These are the questions that led me to this point. Views on whether the short sale happen? (Yes, I have argued and I shortlisted for Shortsale Before you begin this process, but the price never discussed. Was presented in early June, and listened ……) Also, I wonder if it's better than just let it go in foreclosure, a "credit" view? (Do not have an equally bad in the credit report?) I put this behind us and build a new life ………

The amount of the difference in short sale and the loan due on the forgiven and can be considered taxable as income over the next year. If you leave the house to the implementation mortgage, the bank can still go after the balance of the loan amount. Many people need to file bankruptcy after prescribed. After that file bankruptcy, you will not be able to receive a loan of 7 years. Try the short sale first, cos' I think the Government to waive that amount of the sale so that they can not be taxed next year. Good luck.
