foreclosure years credit report
Are there legal action I can take against credit agencies that refuse to correct errors on my credit report?

I presented by bankcruptcy 3 years ago. Two years ago my house refinanced with a variable rate mortgage to be reset this October. When I rolled refinancing there is a second mortgage on my new loan. From my bankcruptcy had a perfect payment history on loans and paid more to help improve my credit. Unfortunately, Credit reporting agencies are home earlier loan and second mortgage included in the bankruptcy when they were not. Both loans were paid for refinancing. I contacted the three credit agencies on numerous occasions, sent the documents showed the failure of the house as being excluded from the bankruptcy and that the new loan, This shows that the two loans being paid. They still refuse to update my credit file. Given that clear in my credit as seizures or bankruptcy, can not refinance without paying an interest rate. Are there legal action I can take to get this resolved?

SCH is largely true, but I want to correct a mistake. When you dispute a list, all that is required by the credit bureau is "verify" the debt. This means that contact with the creditor and ask if the debt is accurate. The lender said it …. and stay informed. No evidence was ever provided. No research is ever really takes place. The office is now stalled. Before you can sue someone, you should follow a very precise in the Fair Credit Reporting Act that require stringent validation by the creditor. See the link below, because it provides an excellent chronology of exactly what to do. Note that if you have not withdrawn, and the judge recognized that there have been listed in this so in his report, also has reason to sue for damages it causes. Including higher interest rates may have to repay loans or loss of a loan. One last question …. Why do not you go to your attorney to resolve this problem? You know, guy who paid hundreds of dollars to file bankruptcy, and the guy who is supposed to solve these problems? If you did not help, there is a growing number of lawyers who begin working with consumers on these issues. Where I live there is a law firm that works on a fee basis …. you pay initial legal costs and legal fees are not paid unless they collect …. other side is the one who pays. Usually deal with clear cases because it is a slam-dunk, that surely will win, then it is easy money for them. The funny thing is who are often attorneys for collection, until late May and suing the company they work! It is not often … They prefer to go after competitors. But do not give up. I see that winning the lottery! The reason for these creditors get their way because they know the law and do not understand is correct. Once you show them that it does, it will eliminate of its report very quickly.
