Pregnant Minor. Emancipation .. I need to leave this house .. help!?

I am 15 going on 16 and I'm pregnant. Although my family support in pregnancy, my house is very stressful. My mother has huge financial problems and my house is in foreclosure. It is also in some legal trouble now. I live with my boyfriend, who is 17, but my mother is still very difficult for him to leave me now. I badger care with my mother, but once the baby is born I would get mine. I was wondering how I can file for emancipation in Wisconsin? I know that Wisconsin has no law providing for emancipation, but I must leave this house now. It is very difficult to control at this time.

In general, to be emancipated, you must be able to demonstrate you are able to sustain itself without outside help. Plus you have to be able to demonstrate that they are mature enough to live on their own (and be pregnant at 15 years is a clear indication that you need a deadline more _lot_).
