Niche Marketing For Real Estate
Marketing niche, as defined by Wikipedia, is when a company responds to a need that product is not processed in key suppliers. In real estate, as in any business, niche markets narrows the funnel customers potential customers or prospects to a specific group market.
Many agents have asked: "How do I find my place?" The I heard answers are as varied as there are niches! The easiest answer is to find on the market that others have left behind or ignored them. Another answer is to become a recognized expert in a specific market. A good example is agriculture and become an expert in the neighborhood by focusing their marketing and knowledge on a specific neighborhood or subdivision.
Agriculture and niche marketing are closely linked. Agriculture is an old term for real estate and niche marketing in May sound better in the modern market, but do things Similar to achieve the same results. When you choose a neighborhood to farm, trying to find a neighborhood that no one other than agriculture. It's the same with your niche market, you need to find one that will give you a good return on your investment of time and resources.
Like most agents, my marketing course is designed for consumers on the Internet. I am not alone in this effort, and found complete views similar agents. To distinguish myself, had to find a place where other agents are not as concentrated. Instead of marketing to end Arizona Real Estate I reduced the Gilbert real family. I found that Gilbert had a large population of agents marketing property Gilbert and Gilbert homes for sale. I had to stop the bear market in smaller segments to attract attention. I had the opportunity establish a market niche, while the bureau had bus tours of foreclosure last year. For blogs on the subject, I was able to reach the segment of the foreclosure market. We even have articles about the tour in the Arizona Republic and the local Fox News Channel has been developed from the blog entries.
I've heard some agents have taken to reinvent the marketing community by organizing competitions advertising at local events. Not that new, I remember the salesperson who had his name on the garden wall of the local game Little League when I was a child. The only difference between then and now is the new electronic media at our disposal to arrive at this company. A strengthening of the local high school here in Gilbert, has donated bottled water for the department sale during sporting events. The advantages of the athletics program funds needed revenue and improve benefits for your company name, the phone number, email and the Internet address of private labeled bottled water. Their niche is the school sports strong public, staff, parents and students who benefit from their participation.
After the story, narrated by a popular coach real estate, about two actors who started Doing Business open for other staff in his office. They have planned several journals and has increased business in this niche.
So where can find its niche in the housing market today? Back to basics and start with their sphere of influence (SOI) and break into segments that make the company is seeking. A small niche could come from neighborhoods, events Community, sporting events, churches, schools, groups, philanthropic organizations, clubs, home buyers first time before the foreclosure pre-processing, environmental, Short Sales, Eco Friendly, blogs, social networks, etc.
Remember that you should go out and find your place!
