brankruptcy vs foreclosure?
I live in Connecticut and was wondering if and when faced with the the issue, what is it best to do… Bankruptcy even thought i don’t have much credit card debt, but do it because its possible for them to come after me if i do the foreclosure for any amount i haven’t paid or Just let them take the home??? But i am not sure what really happens after foreclosure and what kind of legal action they can take… IDK does anyone have any experience or knowledge on this??
