My house is foreclosed on and sold already…?

My house was in foreclosure for about a year and within the past 6 months it was in the process of being bought. I live with my mom and my brother. We have until the 25th of this month to get out and we have no where to go.
My mom had bad rental history with a property management that’s were we are running into issues getting into anywhere… I need advice! Does anyone know how to fix that or how to go about getting myself on the lease instead? of does anyone know of houses for rent in vacaville, ca

If you are at least 18, you can try to get an apartment or condo in your name instead, or your mom can also try with her name. I would say to hold off on a house until your mom can try and get her credit back in check and pay off some debts. Apartments aren’t a bad option, no mowing or shoveling snow and some landlords will give a break on the rent if you DO do those things around the yard. Otherwise, the landlord does them and plus, no property taxes, and a lot of other bills you will not have to pay!
